Not a very good company to work for. Worked there for a while and cannot say that it is a very well run place at the wireform department. Used to be called "REM" however the company sold out their main product line and now divided into 4 branches. The company was renamed to s3 enterprises, which however did not affect the wireform area. The air quality is extremely poor and very hot. I mean HOT, and the management expects you to work your butt off in that extreme heat (heat stroke and exhaustion warning). Especially around the paint ovens and the bake cure oven. No fresh air is permitted. Heat must be trapped in the building to save them money on energy bills for the ovens. Proves that money before health is policy. Also, injuries happen a lot, many of the time they are cuts/burns and near miss reports are generally not taken seriously. Near misses that could result in serious injury. The place is a big mess and rarely see people cleaning it up. Lots of dust everywhere and trip hazards all over the place. The safety committee is a big joke, constantly hear members of the committee telling people to "not worry about it" when it's something people generally get crap for. The committee is apparently allowed to get away with things, tho normal employees don't. I really don't like that the company is rarely involved in charities like they used to. Plus they lie to the employees about things they like but never deliver. Such as bonuses that were promised long time ago which still hasn't happened yet. They have many secrets and obviously things to hide since employees are not informed of what is happening with the company. Oh not to mention theft is another big thing that happens in that area. As well as the amount of material that is wasted really makes me sick to the stomach. It is no longer a smoothly run operation and lot of us are going home with sore joints and body parts. Very poor management. If you're considering working for Wireform department, please consider looking elsewhere. Let me WARN you, two people were killed on duty in this company. It is not worth the depression and grief. Better companies out there like Batco or Seedhawk.

I don't know much about the company since I never worked there but I did visit on a tour there once and don't understand how people can work their rears off in that heat. Looks like someone already gave their input. Plus I was not impressed to see how cluttered the place was and how everyone didn't seem to be having any fun. Everyone looked like they just wanted to go home and I guess that can't be blamed considering how hot it is in there. I can only imagine how brutal the summer will be. I feel bad for those people actually. Won't be giving my business to this place for their sake. Is this even legal???? O.o

As a past employee I can promise you this place is by far the WORST run business I've ever had the misfortune of working for. In the past I've had heat stroke twice from being on the shop floor and not a thing was done about it. The best I got was a "If your going to act like a baby you might as well go home". Management only cares about how much money they can stuff in their pockets and have a complete disregard for general safety.

Lousy managment. They are some of the most closed minded people I ever worked for.
