I live in Calgary and travel through Swift Current occasionally and whenever I do, I make a point of stopping by to enjoy lunch or dinner at Spice Hut. I love east Indian food and I have learned how to cook it (quite well I must say) over the last 30+ years. The chef(s) at this establishment really know what they are doing and deliver classic Indian specialties cooked to perfection. There isn't a single restaurant that I've been to in Calgary that can top Spice Hut...NOT ONE! Everything from their curries to biryanis are top notch.
